I put in this remark for parents who would perhaps want their children to read this book.

I have written this book for adults from eighteen upward, but I see no reason why mature younger teens could not find this book suitable, down to the age of twelve, provided the parents first read the book and passed it as suitable.

The book contains a vivid description of the female anatomy in the nude, and amorous language and descriptions; also the presentation of death realistically. Some may find these offensive. In addition, the book describes an age that held different moral and religious attitudes than we do today. The realities of this age were relatively stark and even barbarous in their contrast to ours. This too may offend some. Please be advised.
